Honasa Consumer, the parent company of the prominent D2C brand Mamaearth, has reported significant growth in its Q4 FY26 financial results. The company achieved an operating revenue of Rs 657 crore, marking a 23% increase compared to the same period in the previous year. Profit after tax saw a substantial jump, reaching Rs 69.4 crore compared to Rs 25 crore in Q4 FY25.

- Reginald Men: The men’s grooming brand has successfully crossed the Rs 100 crore Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) milestone.
Operational Expenditure and Profitability
Total expenditure for the quarter rose by 13.8% to Rs 594 crore. Key cost drivers included procurement costs (33% of total spend) and a 32% increase in employee benefit expenses. Despite the rising operational costs, the companyβs efficiency improved, with a unit cost of Rs 0.90 to earn one rupee of operating revenue.
Strategic Developments
In a move signaling maturity and commitment to shareholders, the board of Honasa Consumer has approved its first-ever dividend of Rs 3 per equity share, totaling a payout of Rs 98 crore. The company currently holds a market capitalization of approximately Rs 11,786 crore ($1.2 billion).
